Getting started
Do I need followers to start?
No. There’s no follower minimum, and Creator LaunchPoint doesn’t connect to your social accounts or read your follower counts. Follower count is one signal. What you can do is another, and here what you can do is what opens each next step.
Does it cost anything?
No. There’s no fee to create an account, work through Training or apply to host.
Who can apply to host?
Anyone 18 or over who is legally able to work in the United States. You don’t need LIVE experience: the application asks about selling, presenting or making content, and “none yet” is a fine answer. A Host Manager reads every application and replies either way.
Apply to hostShould I apply or create an account first?
Either works. Applying to the Viralux LIVE Host Network takes a few minutes and doesn’t create an account. Creating an account opens Training and your Creator Record straight away. Sending Your First 60 to Viralux opens once a Host Manager moves your application into training, and everything you finish before then comes with you. Use the same email for both.
Create your accountWhat do I need?
A phone with a camera, and a browser. Training runs in your browser, Your First 60 is recorded on your phone and uploaded, and Practice LIVEs run in your phone’s browser with your camera and microphone.
Training and Your First 60
What is Training?
Eight short steps, one at a time, in two stages. Learn LIVE host basics: The host opportunity · How Viralux LIVE works · Attention · The camera is the customer · Keep the LIVE moving. Then Learn LIVE host sales: Communication · Sell, don’t explain · Your First 60. Steps 1 to 7 each have four parts: watch (Verified Trainer clips play here), learn, do (your answers are checked on the spot) and reflect. Each step opens when the one before it is done, and your next step always says what it gives you.
See how it worksWhat is Your First 60?
The last step of Training: a vertical video, 60 seconds or less, pitching any product within reach. You plan it in a short Creator Brief (your Hook, your Point, why a viewer should believe you, and the Payoff), record it on your phone and upload it as MP4, MOV or WebM, up to 200 MB. Then you watch it back in Review & improve, and choose the one attempt you send to Viralux. You can record and review without applying; sending needs a Host Network application.
Is the 60 seconds checked?
No. It’s your own confirmation. Before you submit, you confirm that the product is visible, that the video is 60 seconds or less, and that you used Hook, Point, Proof and Payoff on purpose. Creator LaunchPoint doesn’t check the length automatically. A Host Manager watches the take you send and decides.
Who reviews Your First 60, and how?
A Viralux Host Manager: a person, not an algorithm. They watch the attempt you chose, alongside the brief you planned it with, and mark eight criteria: energy and presence, camera focus, clarity, selling (not just explaining), pacing, product and value communication, confidence in the product, and professionalism. Each is Not yet, Meets the bar or Strong, and the marks are never added up into a score. The decision is the Host Manager’s (Advance, Retry or Decline) and it always comes with written feedback.
What if it isn’t passed the first time?
A Retry comes with written feedback on that attempt. Record a new take, watch it back, and send it again when you’re ready. Advance opens Practice LIVEs and coaching. Decline means Viralux isn’t moving forward with your application.
Practice and certification
What is a Practice LIVE?
A 30-minute practice show in your phone’s browser, on your own camera. A trainer drives the room live (comments, bids, an auction and the viewer count) so you practice selling to something that reacts. None of it is real, and none of it counts as sales. Practice LIVEs open when a Host Manager passes Your First 60: you ask for one, your manager sets it up and sends you the link, and some are recorded so your coaching can point at the moments that matter.
What counts as verified practice?
A Practice LIVE that ends on purpose, ended by you or by your manager. Creator LaunchPoint logs every session itself, so time can’t be added by hand. Each session adds up to 45 minutes toward the certification bar. A session left running after you’ve gone is closed automatically and doesn’t count.
What is a coaching note?
Every verified session gets one, written by a Host Manager: a headline, then “Work on” and “Strong” points, each of which can point at a moment in the show. You mark each note read, and reading every note is part of the certification bar. Beside each note you can write your own reflection, which stays private to you.
How do I get certified?
Meet the bar, then pass a certification LIVE. The bar has four parts: Creator Foundations complete, basics demonstrated (Your First 60 passed), 4 hours of verified practice across at least 3 sessions, and every coaching note read. When all four are met you can press Request certification. Meeting the bar lets you ask; it doesn’t certify you. A Host Manager books your certification LIVE, watches you host it live, and records the outcome with written feedback. If it’s another try, you keep practicing and request again when you’re ready.
What opens when I’m certified?
“Viralux LIVE host · Certified” goes on your Creator Record, and Host Viralux LIVEs open: scheduled paid shows on a set calendar, as a certified Viralux host. Your Home switches to hosting: your past 7 days from verified live sessions (units per hour and revenue per hour, week on week), your next live and this week’s schedule. Practice stays open whenever it’s useful.
Privacy and your Record
Who can see my attempts and reflections?
You. Your attempts, your Creator Briefs and your reflections are private to your account. When you send Your First 60, the Host Manager sees that one attempt and the brief you planned it with. They never see the attempts you kept back, and never your reflections.
What is the Creator Record?
Your record of what you’ve done: the work you select, the skills that work shows you practiced, the training you’ve completed, and your Viralux LIVE host certification once you hold it. Work goes on by selection, not submission: you choose the attempt that represents you. The Record keeps what you did. It doesn’t grade it.
Is anything scored?
No. Nothing on your path is a score: no percentages, ranks, levels or badges. Progress is a checklist of facts (steps done, hours verified, notes read), and the decisions that open practice and certification are made by a Host Manager, with written feedback.
Hosting for Viralux
Is income guaranteed?
No. Certification opens scheduled paid shows on a set calendar with Viralux, but nothing on the path guarantees acceptance, hours, placement or income: not applying, not passing Your First 60, not meeting the bar, and not certification itself.
Do I need to be in Las Vegas?
Not to start. Training, Your First 60 and Practice LIVEs all work from your phone, and practice sessions and the certification LIVE can be remote or in person. Hosting is where location matters: the live schedule runs from Las Vegas. Once you’re certified, where you host is worked out with Viralux: the application asks for your city and state, and hosts who qualify may go on to operate remotely. That’s a possibility, not a promise.
Who is Viralux?
Viralux runs LIVE commerce shows and the Viralux LIVE Host Network, the first pathway Creator LaunchPoint leads to. Viralux supplies the products, the training, the systems and the fulfillment. Its Host Managers review Your First 60, coach your practice and run your certification LIVE.
Is it only for LIVE hosting?
Hosting LIVE commerce for Viralux is the pathway that’s open, and the whole path, Training included, is built around it.
How long does it take?
There’s no fixed clock. Training moves at your pace: each of the first seven steps takes about ten minutes, and Your First 60 about 20. Verified practice needs at least 4 hours across 3 or more sessions. Host Managers review Your First 60, set up your Practice LIVEs and run your certification LIVE, so timing depends on their schedule as well as yours.
