Where your training leads

Three rungs, in order.

Training ends with Your First 60. When a Host Manager passes it, the rest of the path opens in Opportunities: the same order for everyone on the path, with each rung’s requirement written on the rung itself.

  1. 01 · Practice and coaching

    Practice LIVEs

    Private practice on the Viralux practice set, in your browser, with a coaching note on each verified session. Nothing in one is measured as sales performance.

    How a practice LIVE runs

    The room
    A simulated LIVE on your phone: comments, bids, an auction and a viewer count, driven in real time by your trainer from a console.
    The session
    Up to 30 minutes. Your Host Manager sets each one up and sends you the link.
    What counts
    A session you end on purpose is verified practice, logged by Creator LaunchPoint. Each one adds up to 45 minutes toward the bar.
    The note
    A Host Manager’s coaching note on every verified session: a headline, then Work on and Strong points, each of which can point at a moment in the session. Your reflection on it stays private to you.

  2. 02 · Your certification

    Certification LIVE

    When your practice meets the bar, you press Request certification. A Host Manager books a certification LIVE with you, remote or in person, and watches you host it live.

    What opens itOpens after practice: 4h of verified practice, at least 3 sessions, every coaching note read.

    How certification runs

    The bar
    All 5 Creator Foundations activities, basics demonstrated, at least 4 hours of verified practice across at least 3 sessions, and every coaching note read.
    The request
    One button, Request certification, once every row is met. The system checks the rows itself, so nobody can request early.
    The LIVE
    Booked with you by date, mode and place, and watched live by a Host Manager. Keep practicing while you wait.
    The outcome
    The Host Manager who watched records it, and you see it on Opportunities with their feedback. Another try sends you back to practice, and you request again when you’re ready.

    Meeting the bar lets you ask. It does not certify you; the certification LIVE does.

  3. 03 · After certification

    Host Viralux LIVEs

    Scheduled paid shows on a set calendar, as a certified Viralux host.

    Your shows
    Home shows your next live and this week’s schedule, Monday to Sunday, read from the live schedule.
    Your week
    Units per hour and revenue per hour over the past 7 days, each against the week before, from verified live sessions.
    Your Record
    Viralux LIVE host · Certified, with the date, on your Creator Record.
    Practice
    Stays open. Book a Practice LIVE whenever it’s useful.

    The live schedule runs from Las Vegas; hosts who qualify may go on to operate remotely. Certification opens hosting. It is not a promise of hours or income.

How opportunity opens

Requirements, not rankings.

A rung opens when your Creator Record meets requirements that were written down before you started, and a person makes the call. No rank decides what opens for you.

  1. Written in advance

    Every locked rung names what opens it, in plain words. The certification bar is the same for everyone on the path: 4 hours of verified practice across at least 3 sessions, every coaching note read.

  2. Facts, not scores

    The checklist reads facts from your record: activities finished, hours verified, notes read. There are no points, percentages, tiers or leaderboards to climb.

  3. People decide

    A Host Manager reviews Your First 60 and writes you feedback, and a Host Manager watches your certification LIVE. Meeting the bar lets you ask; a person decides.

  4. Checked, not self-reported

    Practice time is logged from the session itself. You can’t add hours by hand, and you can’t request certification until every row is met.

Follower count is one signal. What you can do is another.

There is no follower minimum. The path runs on work you do and a Host Manager sees.
